We wrote this in plain English. No dark patterns, no hidden trackers, no selling your data. If you have questions, write to us — a human will reply.

  • An account is optional — play without one if you prefer.
  • Ads are optional and rewarded — you choose when to watch.
  • You can export or delete everything at any time.

Who we are

Wordglade is made by E2GO games, a small indie studio. When you play Wordglade, E2GO games is the "data controller" — the people responsible for your data. Write to us at privacy@wordglade.com and you'll hear back from a real person, usually within a few days.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Here's everything:

§ 3

Where it lives

By default, your game data lives only on your device. If you turn on cloud sync, it's copied to the cloud service you chose:

  • On Apple devices: iCloud, under your Apple ID. We can't read it.
  • On Android: Google Play Games, under your Google account. We can't read it.
  • If you create a Wordglade account (Steam / desktop): data is stored on servers in the EU, encrypted at rest.

Ads & analytics

The game is free. To keep the lights on, we show short rewarded ads — only when you tap "watch for a hint". No interstitials, no banners, no ads while you play a level. If you prefer silence, a one-time Remove ads purchase removes them for good.

Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. To target an ad to you, AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) — you can reset or turn this off in your device settings.

For analytics we use a privacy-first tool (Plausible) that does not set cookies and does not track individuals. We see things like "people from country X play level 12 the most" — never "this specific person did this".

Children

Wordglade is suitable for all ages and has no chat, social features, or user-generated content. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has sent us data, write to privacy@wordglade.com and we'll delete it.

§ 6

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

  • Access — ask for a copy of everything we have about you.
  • Correct — tell us to fix something wrong.
  • Delete — have us erase your data, no questions asked.
  • Port — get your data in a machine-readable file.
  • Object — tell us to stop processing your data for a specific purpose.

In the app: Settings → Account → Export my data or Delete my data. Or just email us — we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything meaningful, we'll show a notice in the app the next time you open it — you won't miss it. Minor fixes (typos, clarity) are logged at the bottom of this page.

Wordglade делает E2GO games — небольшая инди-студия. Когда вы играете, E2GO games выступает «оператором данных» — мы отвечаем за их обработку. Напишите на privacy@wordglade.com, и ответит реальный человек — обычно в течение нескольких дней.

§ 3

Где это хранится

По умолчанию данные игры хранятся только на вашем устройстве. Если включите облачную синхронизацию — копия попадает в выбранный облачный сервис:

  • На устройствах Apple: iCloud, под вашим Apple ID. Мы не можем это прочитать.
  • На Android: Google Play Games, под вашим Google-аккаунтом. Мы не можем это прочитать.
  • Если заведёте аккаунт Wordglade (Steam / десктоп): данные на серверах в ЕС, с шифрованием хранения.
§ 4

Реклама и аналитика

Игра бесплатная. Чтобы поддерживать разработку, мы показываем короткие ролики за награду — только когда вы сами нажимаете «посмотреть за подсказку». Никаких межстраничных баннеров и рекламы во время уровня. Если хотите тишины — разовая покупка «Без рекламы» убирает её навсегда.

Ролики отдаёт Google AdMob. Для подбора рекламы AdMob может использовать рекламный идентификатор устройства (IDFA на iOS, AAID на Android) — его можно сбросить или отключить в настройках системы.

Для аналитики используем Plausible — приватный сервис без кук и слежки за людьми. Видим: «игроки из страны X чаще всего играют на уровне 12», а не «этот конкретный человек сделал то-то».

§ 5

Дети

Wordglade подходит любому возрасту. В игре нет чата, соцфункций и пользовательского контента. Мы сознательно не собираем данные детей младше 13 лет (в ЕС — младше 16). Если вы знаете, что ребёнок отправил нам данные, напишите на privacy@wordglade.com — удалим.

§ 6

Ваши права

В зависимости от страны вы можете:

  • Получить копию — запросить всё, что у нас о вас есть.
  • Исправить — сказать, что поправить.
  • Удалить — стереть данные без объяснения причин.
  • Перенести — получить данные в машиночитаемом виде.
  • Возразить — запретить обработку для конкретной цели.

В приложении: Настройки → Аккаунт → Экспорт данных или Удалить данные. Или просто напишите — разберёмся в течение 30 дней.

Изменения в политике

Если меняем что-то существенное — покажем уведомление при следующем запуске приложения, не пропустите. Мелкие правки (опечатки, формулировки) фиксируем в истории внизу страницы.
